Rachel's focus involves the representation of general contractors, subcontractors, and owners in construction disputes in court and in arbitration proceedings. Her practice areas include complex contract litigation, construction disputes, business torts, Uniform Commercial Code, fraudulent transactions, franchise disputes, landlord/tenant matters, and real estate transactions. Rachel has successfully tried cases at both the state and federal levels. Prior to joining the firm, Rachel was a commercial litigation associate with a firm in Bergen County, New Jersey. Rachel previously ran a successful law firm representing clients in fields including business formation, commercial litigation, contract drafting and negotiation, family and matrimonial law, and real estate transactions and litigation.
Rachel received her B.A. from Colgate University and her J.D. from Pace University School of Law where she served as president of the Women’s association of law students. She has devoted hundreds of hours to community service projects, including the initiation of a community garden for inner city families.
